ORDER:
This criminal petition is filed, seeking for quash of the proceedings in S.C.No.58 of 2012, against the petitioner, on the file of the Special Sessions Judge for trial of SCs/ STS (POA) Act Cases cum Additional Sessions Judge, Nalgonda. The offence alleged is under Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short ‘the Act’).

In the light of the above, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings in S.C.No.58 of 2012, against the petitioner, on the file of the Special Sessions Judge for trial of SCs/ STS (POA) Act Cases cum Additional Sessions Judge, Nalgonda, are hereby quashed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
