JUDGMENT: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy)
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of order, dated 26.10.2006, in I.A.No.2392 of 2005 in O.S.No.55 of 2005 on the file of the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.
The Registry has placed before the Court the Internet copy of status of O.S.No.55 of 2005, a perusal of which shows that the said suit itself was disposed of on 21.9.2012.
As the appeal is filed against an interlocutory order pending the suit, with the disposal of the said suit, the app-eal itself has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, interim order, dated 08.3.2007, in CMAMP.No.391 of 2007 is vacated and CMAMP.No.391 of 2007 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
