Smt. Sundari R. Pisupati, learned Sr. Standing Counsel, has produced
letter dated 30.10.2018, addressed to the Registry to get the appeal listed “for withdrawal”, wherein it is stated that the appellant desires to withdraw the appeal.
In view of the above, permission for withdrawal is granted and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The aforesaid letter shall form part of the record.
