When both the matters were taken up for hearing on 06.03.2017, the learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings, on instructions, submitted that there were certain clarifications determined sought by the department and in that connection, the department had addressed a letter on 01.03.2017 to their counter-parts in Tamil Nadu in which State the petitioners claimed to have executed certain works. They are yet to receive clarifications and a copy of the letter was also marked to the petitioners and the matters were adjourned to today. Considering the submission made on behalf of the respondents, the matters were directed to be listed to today. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a copy of the letter dated 01.03.2017, discloses that the respondents are required only three documents viz., 1) Genuineness of experience certificates issued by the department, 2) Certificates of ongoing works duly indicating the value of work done and balance value of work to be done uploaded value for the works shown in Statement IV(A) and 3) Certificates, if the bidder has participated (Or) not participated in any tender of the department. As a matter of fact, these documents were already submitted and also the Superintendent Engineer, Roads and Bridges, Greater Chennai Corporation, had also sent the necessary particulars sought by the respondents.
