Mr. K.Pratik Reddy holding for Mr.K.Vivek Reddy submits that with the passage of time and also having regard to the interim orders granted by this Court, the grievance of the petitioners is substantially worked out and the period for which the proceeding was initiated is over. Therefore, he does not press the prayers in these two writ petitions and requests the Court to reserve all legal contentions available to petitioners for canvassing as and when circumstances warrant
The statement is placed on record and the writ petitions are
dismissed with liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
