ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan)
Sri S.Chandra Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that, in view of the memo dated 13.10.2017 issued by the Government of Telangana, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the validity of the said memo dated 13.10.2017 in independent writ proceedings.
Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
