ORDER:
Petitioners claim to be the owners of agricultural land and they were issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds. According to petitioners, in order to avail the benefits of various schemes floated by the Government of Telangana, they require pahani certificates reflecting their names and therefore they submitted application dated 02.08.2017 before respondents 3 and 4 by paying requisite fee for grant of pahanies, but the same were not accepted and they are compelled them to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court.
