Order: (Per the Hon’ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan)
Sri Challa Gunaranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner, would fairly state, that as the vires of the Act has been upheld by the Supreme Court in Dewan Chand Builders & Contractors vs. Union of India1 , the challenge to its validity, in the present writ petition, must fail.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
