ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the action of the respondents in not issuing pattadar pass book and title deed to the petitioner in spite of her applications dt.01-11-1999 and 20-08-2007 in respect of the subject land.

1st respondent is not considering petitioner’s application for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed. Since it is stated that the petitioner has already availed civil remedy against 7th respondent in A.S.No.73 of 2016 on the file of II Additional District Court, Amalapuaram, if the petitioner succeeds in the said appeal or further appeals which may arise from the suit O.S.No.87 of 2007, petitioner is at liberty to approach 1st respondent for issuance of the said documents.
