Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ, direction or order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare the in action of the Respondents not considering the Representation made by the Petitioner on 12-12-2014 is illegal, Arbitrary, Un-constitutional and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India, and consequently, direct the Respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioner as per his request made in his Representation, dt. 12-12-2014.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI HARINATH REDDY SOMA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of learned Government Pleader for Irrigation & CAD (A.P.), for Respondents, the Court made the following;
