“We consider it appropriate, in these circumstances, to dispose of all these Writ Petitions, directing the Government of A.P. to consider the proposal submitted by the Registrar of the University for enhancement of the age of superannuation of the non-teaching staff of the respondent-University from 58 years to 60 years, in accordance with law and take a decision in this regard at the earliest, in any event not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”
