Both Sri Meherchand Nori, learned counsel for the appellants, and Sri G.Vidya Sagar, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-writ petitioners, would agree that the subject matter of these writ appeals are covered by the order passed by us in W.A.No.227 of 2008 dated 03.08.2017.
Following the said judgment, and in terms thereof, all these Writ Appeals are also dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall
also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
