JUDGMENT:
Sri M. Karibasaiah, representing Sri V.V. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the second appeal.
Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is
dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
