The Second Appeal is filed against the decree and judgment in A.S.No.117 of 2014 on the file of III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil
Court, Hyderabad, dismissing the appeal by confirming the judgment
in O.S.No. 2159 of 2012 on the file of VII
Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereunder, learned Judge decreed the plaintiff’s suit for eviction of the suit premises. Thus, the defendant is the appellant in the Second Appeal.
