JUDGMENT: (per VRS, J)
On the basis of the letter written by the Assistant Commissioner of Income tax dated 14.02.2017, it is stated by Mr. Narasimha Sarma, learned Senior Standing Counsel, that the monetary value of the appeal is within the ceiling limit prescribed by the Circular.
Hence, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand
closed. No order as to costs.
