ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner/respondent in I.A.No.298 of 2011 in O.P.No.88 of 2010 is directed against the order, dated 21.01.2013, of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Huzurabad, Karimnagar District, passed in the said interlocutory application.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
