It is represented by learned counsel appearing for both sides that these Criminal Petitions were referred to Supreme Court Mediation Centre (under the aegis of the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee) and an award has been passed with the consent of the parties and these Criminal Petitions may be disposed of in terms of the said award.
