ORDER:
The petitioner/accused and the 1st respondent-defacto complainant of crime No.30 of 2017 of Shalibanda Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.
In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9703 & 9712 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
