ORDER:
The petitioners/accused Nos.1 & 2 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.201 of 2017 of Bodhan Police Station, Nizamabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 454 & 380 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.
In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.9538 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
