ORDER:
When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that after completion of investigation charge sheet is filed by the police and after trial, the matter ended in acquittal and hence, no orders need be passed.
Recording the said submission, the criminal petition is
dismissed as infructuous.
Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any,
shall stand closed.
