ORDER :
Sri Ali Farooq, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submitted a letter dated 18-12-2017 to the Registrar (Judicial) seeking permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue the remedies in Crl.P.No.12781 of 2016.
Permission is accorded as sought for.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
