ORDER:
So far as A.1, vakalat in fact filed, there is no petition to recognize that he is represented by special vakalat holder that he is residing in USA. However, the defacto complainant says that he is going to compound the case against A.1 also besides other accused Nos.2 to 4 and to that extent compromise memo has been filed.
Having regard to the above, both the miscellaneous petitions and the Criminal Petition are allowed in so far as A.1 also by compounding the offence and acquitting the accused and the bail bonds if any shall stand cancelled.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
