CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1864 OF 2016
ORDER:
Learned Public Prosecutor (T.S.) has submitted that the cause with which the criminal petition is filed does not survive for adjudication. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also admitted to this position.
Recording the submission of learned counsel for both parties, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
