ORDER :
Today when this matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.3 and 4 submitted that the cause in the Criminal Petition do not survive for adjudication and that therefore, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
2 . Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.3 and 4, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
