JUDGMENT:
Since there was no representation on behalf of the appellant on 31.10.2017, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today, there is no representation. It appears that the appellant is not keen in pursuing the matter.
Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
