ORDER :
Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri A.K. Narasimha Rao,
counsel for respondent.
2. It is sated by both sides that the representation of the petitioner
dt.01.11.2016 was disposed of on 18.04.2017 by the respondent.
3. Therefore, I am not inclined to punish the respondent for
Contempt of Court.
4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this
Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
