“Pending further orders, the 4th respondent shall consider the application dt.29-02-2016 of the petitioners complaining about the action of respondents 5 to 7 in blocking access to the petitioner’s properties through the only available road within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”
