JUDGMENT:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the intimation received by the petitioner from the Tahsildar, Kavali, he does not intend to pursue the contempt case.
Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. Consequently, the pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this contempt case shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
