JUDGMENT:
Sri Krishna Kishore, learned counsel representing Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.5, submits that the sole appellant died long ago. Even, the postal endorsement shows that the appellant, to whom the notice was issued, died.
Hence, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
