Sarvabhowmarao, Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would agree that, since the petitioner was appointed as trainee Kalasi vide proceedings dated 06.07.2009, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also closed. No costs.
