The Court made the following: ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…. to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the building permit granted by respondent No.1 in favour of respondent No.2 in Permit No. 20520/HO/SZ/Cir-IV/2012 dated 23.02.2013 as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional and to issue a consequential direction respondent No.2 not to proceed with the construction on premises No.17-1382/R/93, Sairam Nagar Colony and APSRTC Officers Colony, Saidabad, Hyderabad, vide permit dated 23.02.2013 in
Permit No. 20520/HO/SZ/Cir-IV/2012.”
Mr. Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 22.01.2016, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein he has stated that the petitioner has instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petition and accordingly, he requested to post the case for being dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the above-mentioned letter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 01.04.2013, is vacated and WPMP.No.11896 of 2013 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
