This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not disposing of the application dated 09-11-1989 filed under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short, 'the Act'), to re-determine the compensation in terms of the order in L.A.O.P.Nos. 125 and 139 of 1983 passed by learned Senior Civil Judge, Kadapa, dated 10-08-1989.
