ORDER : ( Per the Hon’ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan )
Sri S. Bhooma Goud, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that, since the land acquisition proceedings have already lapsed, the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
