O R D E R:
Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition challenging the action of the 4th respondent in placing him under suspension pending enquiry by proceedings dt.21.11.2016.
- Petitioner contends that no charge memo had been issued to him making any allegations and therefore the order placing him under suspension pending enquiry cannot be sustained.
- Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, Standing Counsel
appearing for respondents 1 and 2 has placed before me proceedings dt.09.12.2016 of the 4th respondent framing charges against the petitioner.
- In this view of the matter, I am of the opinion that the petitioner is not entitled to any relief as regards his suspension pending enquiry.
- Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to complete the enquiry into the allegations leveled against the petitioner in the charge memo dt.09.12.2016 within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
