ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter dt.20-12-2016, addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature, Hyderabad, stating that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the Writ Petition. The said request is reiterated in the Court.
