It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners in both the writ petitions that the lis in both the writ petitions is squarely covered by the common order dated 28.04.2016, passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Recording the aforesaid submission both the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order dated 28.04.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch. No order as to costs.
