ORDER:
It is stated that the petitioner holds a pattadar passbook with respect to Acs.2.14 cents in Survey No.440/2 of Dinnedevarapadu Village, Kurnool Mandal and District. On 07.01.2015, he made an application to the 3rd respondent for incorporation of his name in 1-B register, adandal/pahani and online. Alleging that no action is taken, the present writ petition is filed.
In the circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner’s aforesaid application and take necessary action in the matter, preferably within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
