ORDER:
Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 05.01.2016 for paying the compensation for missing bore well in Survey No.251, Project No.415 situated at Ladnapur Village, Mutharam Mandal, Karimnagar by considering the comparative statement submitted by the Executive Engineer (R&B) Department, Peddapally, Karimnagar District, dated 24.05.2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court to Ex.P3 at page No.16 in comparative statement in Survey No.251, which reads as under:
“in the colum of remarks it is mentioned that in previous estimate only one borewell estimate value evaluated, but there are two borewells. Hence, another borewell estimate included to the previous estimate”
The said document is signed by the Assistant Executive Engineer, Deputy Executive Engineer and Executive Engineer (R&B) department on 24.05.2016.
Keeping in view the facts mentioned above, the 3rd respondent is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 05.01.2016 within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
