When all these matters listed today, a submission is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the identical matters were disposed of by this Court vide a common order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.Nos.18779 of 2013 and batch. This aspect of the matter is not being disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents.
