WRIT PETITION No.23668 of 2009
ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of the efforts made by him he could not receive any instructions from the petitioner and is unable to proceed with the matter for want of instructions.
In those circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non‐prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
