ORDER :
The proceedings under challenge in this Writ Petition is the order of the Tahsildar dated 09.10.2009, based on the oral order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Guduru dated 14.09.2009.
Pursuant to the said order, while the petitioner was allotted IXth and Xth classes to serve mid-day meals in the Zilla Parishad High School in Mettu village; another group member Smt. Chennuru Subhashini was allotted classes VIth , VIIth and VIIIth to serve mid-day meals. Aggrieved thereby the petitioner invoked the jurisdiction of this Court and, pursuant to the interim order, it is the petitioner alone who is continuing to serve mid-day meals to the entire school from classes VIth to Xth .
As there does not appear to be any basis for the impugned order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, and the petitioner has been continuing for the past seven years, the impugned order is set aside. It is made clear that this order shall not preclude the respondents, in case any irregularities are found to have been committed by the petitioner after the Writ Petition was filed, to take action in accordance with law, after putting the petitioner on notice and after giving her an opportunity of being heard. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
