ORDER:
From 26-04-2016 till 01-06-2016, there has been consistently no representation for petitioner. On 08-06-2016, on request of petitioner, the writ petition is adjourned to 16-06-2016 as last chance. Further accommodation is sought for by Sri Satish Kumar Verma.
Counsel appearing for the Bank stoutly opposed having regard to the adjournment granted from 26-04-2016 till date.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
