ORDER:
When the matter came up on 15.11.2016, none appeared for the petitioner. Today also none appears for the petitioner nor there was any representation on his behalf. In the circumstances, this Court has no option except to dismiss the writ petition for nonprosecution.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
