Ms. Shraddha Gupta, learned counsel representing Mr. A.Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the cause in this writ petition no longer survives for adjudication on merits as the detenu, the husband of the petitioner, has already been released.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
