The writ prayer at the instance of A. P. Power Generating Employees Union. The petitioner challenges proceedings No.CE/O&M/KTPP/SE/C/O%M-I/F,Qrts/D.No.1459/2012 dated 21-52012 issued by 3rd respondent.
I have perused the reply of respondents.
Mr.Shivaji, counsel for petitioner keeping in mind the objections raised by the respondents does not press the writ prayer with request to leave it open to members of petitioner association to make representation to 3rd respondent for appropriate orders for continuing their stay at the leased premises. The standing counsel does not oppose the request.
The writ petition is disposed of granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
