ORDER:
When the matter was listed on 22.02.2016, none appeared for the petitioners. Even today also when the case is called, none appeared for the petitioners and the learned Counsel for the petitioners is absent.
The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for default/nonprosecution. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
