Sri K. Subba Rao, learned counsel representing Sri P. Kamalakar, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that after filing of the writ petition the mining authorities issued despatch permits dated 07.04.2016 to the 1st petitioner – company and therefore the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
