Sri Yadaiah Jetti, learned counsel for the appellants, submits that
the cause in the writ appeal does not survive and that the writ appeal has become infructuous.
The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
