After arguing for some time, Sri T. Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the revision petitioners, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the civil revision petitions.

3. Accordingly, both the civil revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in both the revision, petitions, shall stand closed.
