ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the E.P.No.24 of 2011 in O.S.No.89 of 2006, against which the present civil revision petition is filed, was already executed, nothing survives for consideration in this petition.
Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications,
if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
